Read all FAQsFor local moves, 1–2 weeks is comfortable. For long-distance and office relocations, 3–4 weeks is ideal — especially between May and September, when our calendar fills fast. We do keep same-day and next-day slots open for local moves, but those go first.
Yes. Once you sign, the price is locked as long as the inventory and access details you gave us are accurate. The only additions would be things you add later (extra items, packing services, storage). We never add fuel surcharges, stair fees, or "long carry" charges after the fact — those are all baked in from the start.
Either way works. You can pack everything yourself, pack only the fragile items, or let our crew handle it entirely. Full packing typically adds 20–30% to the total cost and saves you 15–25 hours of work. We bring all the boxes, tape, and padding — you don't need to buy anything.
Every move includes basic valuation coverage at no charge. For high-value items or full replacement protection, we offer additional liability options up to full-value protection. Claims are handled in-house within 7 business days — no third-party runaround. Full details live on our Liability & Insurance page.
Yes. Saturdays are our most popular day, and we run crews 7 days a week, 7 AM to 8 PM MT. Holiday moves (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving weekend) are available at a small premium and should be booked at least 3 weeks out.
