Yes. Once you sign, the price is locked as long as the inventory and access details you gave us are accurate. The only additions would be things you specifically add later — extra items, packing services, storage, or a same-day change of destination.

We never add fuel surcharges, stair fees, or "long carry" charges after the fact. Those are all baked into the original estimate. If the actual job takes longer than we quoted, that's our problem, not yours.

For local moves within the Denver metro, no deposit is required — we hold your date on good faith and a signed written estimate. For long-distance moves and office relocations we ask for a small reservation deposit, typically $100–$200, which is credited toward the final bill.

Deposits are fully refundable up to 48 hours before your scheduled move date.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, cash, and personal checks. Payment is due at the end of the move, not before.

Tipping is never required, but it's always appreciated. If you'd like a guideline: 5–10% of the total bill, split evenly between crew members, is common. For a $500 move, that's $25–$50 per mover.

You can reschedule or cancel at no cost up to 48 hours before your move date. Inside 48 hours, we ask for a $75 rescheduling fee to cover the crew we'd already booked.

Same-day cancellations are charged the 2-hour minimum. This is standard in the industry and it's the only cancellation charge we have.

Full-value protection covers the item for repair or replacement at its fair market value. It typically adds 2–4% of the total move cost. If you own electronics, artwork, instruments, or furniture worth over $500 per piece, it's almost always worth it.
